-We accept Cash, Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

– We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form. For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building. If a line forms, we appreciate your patience.

RIDGEWOOD IS A DEAD END. THE HOME IS THE LAST HOME ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STREET WITH NOT MUCH ROOM TO TURN AROUND. PLEASE CONSIDER PARKING AT LEAST A BLOCK AWAY TO AVOID CONSTANT CONGESTION ON THE STREET.
