– All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

-We accept Cash and credit cards with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

-Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

-You May Line Up:  The Entryway is the side basement door (closest to the driveway)

– We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  We limit the number of buyers in the building for our buyers’ safety.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience.

-Please Park respectively.
