– All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

-We accept Cash, Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

-Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

-You May Line Up:  FRONT DOOR

– We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience.

-Please Park respectively. DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY

-Entry Point: Front Door, Opens to Living Room- Bedrooms to the left, Kitchen, Garage, Basement to the right
