Public Business and Estate Liquidation of Capt. Graydon “Bub” Crain

We are honored to be hosting the liquidation of Capt. Graydon “Bub” Crain and his beloved wife Betty Lou.  Capt. Graydon “Bub” Crain was one of the founders of C&C Marine, which later became Campbell Transportation Company.  In 1974, Bub opened Pitmarine.  Pitmarine operated until Bub’s retirement.  He is remembered, by some, as one of the most knowledgeable rivermen the world has known!

TERMS

– All items will be priced for “cash & carry”

-We accept Cash, Paypal & Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied.

-Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

-You May Line Up:

ESTATE Liquidation: Please line up at the attached garage

BUSINESS LIQUIDATION: Please line up at the FRONT garage, closest to the road.

-Parking: Designated Parking areas will be identified

-Absolutely NO HOLDS

-We do not disclose pricing prior to sale.

-Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring SOLD TAGS-

-All Sales Are Final

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area.  If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. Please do not place items in the holding area that you are uncertain of.  We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.
