– All items will be priced for “cash & carry”
-We accept Cash & Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied.
-Absolutely NO PRESALES. Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.
-You May Line Up: PLEASE LINE UP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FRONT STAIRS. We will need to leave room for entering and exiting the building. Please park respectively.
-Absolutely NO HOLDS
-We do not disclose pricing prior to sale.
-Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring SOLD TAGS-
-All Sales Are Final
-Holding area: We will provide a holding area. If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.
We will be limiting the amount of people in the building.
