Pickup is at the REAR of the building. Directional signs will be posted.
Please do not arrive before 2:00 PM, Turn Key will not be available until 2 PM.
After 7 PM EST on THURSDAY 3/7/24, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON ALL LOTS.
Turn Key does not personally ship your items. We cannot answer shipping questions. We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444). They are a 3rd party shipper. Please direct any shipping questions to them.
Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING before THURSDAY 3/7/24 @ 7 PM EST at 2 PM EST, by emailing turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.
After 2 PM on THURSDAY 3/7/24 @ 7 PM EST, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 3/7/24 @ 7 PM EST to request shipping. Turn Key will then deliver your items to the shipper on Friday 3/8/24, by the close of the business day.
Premier Postal will then CALL you to facilitate shipping & process shipping payment. Please see their number above. They will make 2 attempts to call you. If your voicemail is not set up or you do not listen to your voicemail, you may want to save their number. You should expect their phone call within 5-7 business days of the auction closing.
Turn Key will process the credit card on file within 24 hours of the closing.
If you would like to become an approved cast buyer, please submit your request by email at turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com BEFORE bidding. Any submissions after 7 PM on 3/6 will not be considered.
TAX EXEMPT: YOU MUST SUBMIT A TAX EXEMPTION REQUEST WITH THE TAX EXEMPTION DOCUMENT BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE SALE. SUBMISSIONS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE SALE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
