Sale Terms:

– All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

-We accept Cash and credit cards with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

-Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

-You May Line Up:  The Entryway is the right-side garage door, Closest to the back of the house.

– We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  We limit the number of buyers in the building for our buyers’ safety.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience.

-DO NOT PARK ON RIDGEFELL, DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY.  The driveway is for loading only.

-Absolutely NO HOLDS

-We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale.

-Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS or Items being placed in the HOLDING AREA-
