The exact location will be emailed to winning bidders on 10/12/23.
**Please allow extra time for pick up. Due to the state of the home and the lack of space available, we will not be able to pre-sort winning bidder’s items prior to pick up as we normally do. Please be patient. We will work as efficiently as possible to gather your lots. Please do not arrive prior to 8 AM. You will NOT be permitted on the property until 8 AM. Absolutely no one is permitted in the home without the consent of a Turn Key team member.
Shipping Available. Please read shipping instructions.
Payment Methods: Turn Key will process the credit card on file within 24 hours of the auction closing. If you would like to become an approved cast buyer, please submit your request by email at turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com PRIOR to bidding.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MOST LOTS. Please read the item’s description. If shipping is not available, it will be noted in the item’s description.
Turn Key does not personally ship your items. We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444 (YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL THEM). They are a 3rd party shipper. Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING PRIOR TO FRIDAY OCTOBER 14, 2023, @ 7:00 PM, by email turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.
After 2 PM on October 15, 2023, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 10/14/23 @ 7 PM to request shipping. Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper on Monday 10/17/2023, by the close of the business day.
Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping. Your items will then be shipped. Please be patient. Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week. This process may take up to a week to 10 days. Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes.
***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility. If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. Premier Postal is not a Pick Up or Holding Facility. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 charge.
