How To REGISTER:

STEP 1: Go to turnkeyliquidators.hibid.com

STEP 2: Click on the “NEW BIDDER” button to register.

STEP 3:  You will be asked to enter your email & confirm your email.  Each email can only have one account.

STEP 4. Next, enter your personal info & create a user name & password.

STEP 5. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login to your new account.

BIDDING:

STEP 1. Once you have registered to bid, you will be asked to register for each individual auction.

STEP 2. At this time, you will be asked to register with a credit card to verify your identity.  You will not charge your credit card unless you fail to show up for the scheduled pick up.

STEP 3. Now you are ready to place a bid.  There are two ways to do this. (Very Similar to Bidding on Ebay)

1. You can bid to the next increment.  Bidding is set up with predetermined bid increments.  (As the price increases so do the bid increments)
2. You can place a MAX bid.  You can put in your max bid & the auction software will bid on your behalf.  (Other bidders cannot see your max bid.) With this method you do not have to keep watching the auction.

CLOSING

SUNDAY, April 2, 2023, at 6:00 PM (Soft Closing Every 1 Mins)

The online auction closes via LIVE CATALOG starting 6pm, Lots will sell every 60 seconds unless a bid is placed during the final 1 minutes. If a bid is placed in the final 1 minute, the time will be extended by 1 minutes.

“SOFT CLOSING”- Any bid placed in the last 1 minute of a lot closing will be extended by 1 minute. Lots will close every 1 minutes.

SHIPPING: Turn Key does not personally ship your items.  We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444). They are a 3rd party shipper. Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING PRIOR TO Monday April 3, 2023, 7:00 PM, by email turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.  After 7 PM on 4/3/23 all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping, will be considered forfeited.  The pick-up is at a private residence.

SHIPPING TIMELINE: Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 4/3/23 @ 7 PM to request shipping.  Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper within 48 hours of the pickup date (Monday April 3, 2023).

Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping (you do not need to call them until you hear from their facility.  Your items will then be shipped.  Please be patient.  Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week.  Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes.

***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility.  If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. You will be charged $75 if you attempt to pick up your items from the shipper & given a negative review on Hibid. Delivery costs us time & money, please be respectful.
