.  We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. 

-Please Park respectively. 

 -Absolutely NO HOLDS

 -We DO NOT disclose pricing prior to sale. 

-If you plan on purchasing LARGE Items-

            -Large items will be priced with a large price tag.  Remove the price tag & replace the price tag with a SOLD TAG.  Please bring sold tags with your name & telephone number on it.  YOU SHOULD PROVIDE YOUR OWN SOLD TAGS.  This is the easiest way to retrieve large items & large lots of items. 

-Please bring help to carry & load your purchases.  We cannot guarantee help on all items. 

-All items MUST BE REMOVED by 2 PM on SATURDAY Nov 5. 

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area.  If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.
