**All items were removed from a dilapidated, hoarder’s home. Please examine the photos to make the decision of items’ condition. We soaked & wash much of the clothing.

Please do not arrive before 2:00 PM, Turn Key will not be available until 2 PM. DO NOT GO TO THE STORAGE FACILITY’S OFFICE. The employees of the storage facility have not affiliation with the online auction.

Payment Methods: Turn Key will process the credit card on file within 24 hours of the auction closing. If you would like to become an approved cast buyer, please submit your request by email at turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com PRIOR to bidding. Any submissions after 7PM on 11/5 will not be considered.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MOST LOTS. Please read the item’s description. If shipping is not available, it will be noted in the item’s description.
Turn Key does not personally ship your items. We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444 (YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL THEM). They are a 3rd party shipper.
Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING PRIOR to TUESDAY 11/7/23 at 2 PM EST, by email turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.
After 2 PM on November 7, 2023, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 11/7/23 @ 2 PM EST to request shipping. Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper on Wednesday 11/8/2023, by the close of the business day.
Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping. Your items will then be shipped. Please be patient. Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week. This process may take up to a week to 10 days. Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes.
***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility. If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. Premier Postal is not a Pick Up or Holding Facility. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 charge.
